Her excellence in the field was recognized when she received the prestigious Marketing Achievement Award in 2015.
Beyond her professional accolades, Makenna was known for her heart of gold and infectious sense of humor. She possessed a rare gift of making everyone she encountered feel welcomed and at ease. Makenna's passion for helping others extended beyond the boardroom as she dedicated her time to volunteer at a local homeless shelter. It was through these selfless acts that she earned the title of Volunteer of the Year, a testament to her compassionate spirit and commitment to serving the community.
Makenna's thirst for knowledge led her to earn a Master's degree in Business Administration from XYZ University, where she was also honored with the Outstanding Academic Achievement award in 2010. Her academic success mirrored her drive and determination in all aspects of her life.
In the gentle embrace of memories left behind, Makenna will be lovingly remembered by her surviving family and friends: Sarah Johnson (sister), Tom Johnson (brother-in-law), and Rachel Lee (close friend).
